REFUND POLICY

Refund Policy

Effective Date: June 20, 2026

We deeply value the time, energy, and commitment it takes to reserve a space in our retreat. Due to the limited number of spots and significant upfront costs required to host each experience, the following refund policy applies to all bookings with us.

1. Deposits

All retreat deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
This includes any initial booking fees used to secure your spot.

Deposits are used to cover administrative costs, venue commitments, and planning expenses.

2. Cancellations by Participant

If you are unable to attend your retreat, the following applies:

60+ days before retreat start date:
    You may be eligible for a partial refund of any payments made beyond the deposit, minus processing fees.
30-59 days before retreat start date:
    Payments made beyond the deposit may be eligible for a partial credit toward a future retreat, at our discretion.
Less than 30 days before retreat start date:
    All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

3. No-Shows or Early Departure

No refunds or credits will be issued for:

No-shows
Late arrivals
Early departures
Voluntary withdrawal from the retreat once it has begun

4. Transfers

In some cases, and at our discretion, you may request to transfer your booking to a future retreat. Transfer approval is not guaranteed and may depend on availability.

5. Cancellations or Changes by Us

If we must cancel or reschedule a retreat due to unforeseen circumstances (including but not limited to low enrollment, weather, venue issues, or emergencies), you will receive:

A full refund OR
The option to transfer your booking to a future retreat

We are not responsible for any additional costs incurred, including travel, flights, or accommodations.

6. Payment Plans

If you are on a payment plan, all completed payments are subject to the same refund policy outlined above.

Missed payments may result in cancellation of your booking without refund of prior payments.
