These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and participation in any retreats, programs, or services offered by Radiant Resilient Retreat (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website or booking a retreat, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

To participate in our retreats or services, you must be at least 18 years old. By booking, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

2. Bookings & Registration

All retreat bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

To reserve your spot, you may be required to:

• Complete a registration form

• Sign participation waivers

• Pay a deposit or full payment

Your spot is not guaranteed until payment is received and confirmed.

3. Payment Terms

• Payment schedules (deposit, installment, or full payment) will be clearly outlined at checkout or booking.

• All payments must be made in USD unless otherwise stated.

• We reserve the right to cancel a booking if payment is not received by the due date.

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.

4. Cancellations & Refund Policy

Due to limited retreat spaces and upfront planning costs:

• Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

• Cancellations made 60+ days before the retreat may be eligible for partial refunds minus deposit and processing fees.

• Cancellations made within 30-60 days may receive a partial credit at our discretion.

• Cancellations within 30 days are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to modify this policy per retreat, which will be clearly stated at booking.

5. Retreat Changes or Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to:

• Adjust retreat schedules or facilitators if needed

• Cancel or reschedule a retreat due to low enrollment, emergencies, weather, or unforeseen circumstances

If we cancel a retreat, you will receive:

• A full refund or

• The option to transfer your booking to a future retreat

We are not responsible for travel costs or other expenses incurred.

6. Travel & Accommodation

Participants are responsible for:

• Booking and paying for their own travel (unless otherwise stated)

• Ensuring valid travel documents, insurance, and transportation

We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or travel disruptions.

7. Health & Safety

By attending, you agree that:

• You are physically and mentally fit to participate

• You will inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or limitations

• You assume full responsibility for your health and well-being during the retreat

We are not medical providers and do not offer medical diagnosis or treatment.

8. Liability Waiver

By participating in our retreats or services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You assume all risks associated with participation

• We are not liable for injury, illness, loss, or damage that may occur

• You release Radiant Resilience Retreat, its staff, contractors, and partners from any claims arising from participation

9. Code of Conduct

We reserve the right to remove any participant from a retreat if they:

• Disrupt group safety or experience

• Engage in harmful, abusive, or inappropriate behavior

• Violate retreat guidelines

No refund will be issued in cases of removal due to misconduct.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (including text, branding, photos, and materials) is owned by Radiant Resilience Retreat unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute without permission.

11. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your data.

12. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party providers (payment processors, booking platforms, etc.). We are not responsible for their services or policies.

13. Changes to Terms
